The International Patient Services section at New Amrit Jeevan Hospital handles all medical needs as well as other requirements for patients and their companions traveling from abroad.

Query Response
The team provides complementary query response from Sr. Medical & Surgical Specialists to all patient queries in the shortest time possible.

Travel arrangements
Airport pick-up facility - The International Patient Services team provides transfer facility between the Airport and the Hospital/ Hotel.

Relationship Manager
A single point of contact who will help the patient from the time of admission to discharge, which includes airport transfers, travel arrangements and regular updates on patients progress

International Patients Lounge
A dedicated lounge for International Patients to coordinate all their medical and non-medical requirements including Registration, OPD Appointments, Admission and other services requirements.

Accommodation and Food for Attendant
While the patient is admitted in the Hospital, one attendant is allowed to stay with the patient in the Room. The meals for one patient attendant during the stay in the hospital room are provided complimentary.

Language Interpreter services
Arabic, Japanese and French interpretation services are made available to International patients. Interpretation for other languages can also be arranged on request

We help our patients with the most complete and accurate billing services and to serve our patients efficiently we request them the following:
- A copy of referral from your primary care physician
- A copy of your insurance card.
- Passport copy.
- Any required payment or co-payment methods for our reference.
Our international patient unit will help verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients who have been scheduled for a procedure or hospital stay. We will work directly with your insurance company to confirm all required authorizations that have been approved prior to a patient’s visit.
